When the sales department contacts us with a prototype project (a prototype of a part that will be installed in a car 2 to 3 years from now), the prototype department in the engineering department first starts development with simple processing. After that, we move on to making the official molds.

We accept official orders for prototypes that have been processed to confirm functionality, and then we design the molds to manufacture them. We design product drawings, manage the order of processing, and create the final mold drawings while imagining the final product shape derived from the final product.
