Orders -Sales Department-
Accurately understanding customer needs,
We handle everything from negotiating unit prices to receiving orders.
We handle everything from general new orders to prototype parts and parts promotion and purchasing work up to the start of mass production. We are actively working to expand orders not only to the automotive industry but also to other industries, for example, we actively participate in VA/VE* conventions held by our clients. In addition, we are promoting the computerization of desk work, including quotation work, in order to improve the efficiency of sales operations.

Administration -General Affairs Department-
We handle a variety of issues to ensure the smooth development of business, including accounting, human resources, and internal networks.
I am in charge of a wide range of general affairs, including accounting, human resources, labor, and legal affairs, as well as the company's internal network and production management system. In addition to general affairs for domestic group companies, I am also involved in cooperation with overseas bases, ensuring smooth communication within the company. In addition, I aim to improve operations and streamline them by digitizing accounting, and am creating a system in which everyone can demonstrate their abilities equally.
Mold Production -Mold Technology Department-
We believe that the quality, productivity, and cost of pressed parts are determined by the die, so we have been designing and manufacturing dies in-house since our founding.
We develop prototypes requested by customers, design the molds after the prototypes are solidified, and deploy them in the manufacturing process. We are also responsible for maintaining the molds during the mass production process. In order to realize the functions that our customers require, we create cutting-edge molds that have never been seen before, with outstanding technical capabilities that create something from nothing and teamwork in which each department cooperates.

We process high-quality parts according to the production instructions that have been decided. We also handle ordering to procure the materials necessary for manufacturing. During mass production, we request maintenance of molds and check the quality of the products, and take other steps necessary to deliver high-precision products.
Inspection -Quality Assurance Department-
A manufacturer's greatest asset is "trust in quality."
We have consistently maintained a strict approach to quality control.
We use advanced inspection equipment to thoroughly inspect manufactured products to see if they are finished within the dimensions specified in the blueprint. In order to accurately determine whether product quality is at a level suitable for shipment, employees with quality assurance qualifications who have passed our in-house tests are in charge of this inspection.

The Engineering Department is responsible for all arrangements related to product shipment, after the Sales Department receives orders, issues ordering instructions to the Manufacturing Department, the Mold Technology Department manufactures molds, the Manufacturing Department mass-produces, and the Quality Assurance Department inspects the products. In addition to shipping products, the Engineering Department is also responsible for exporting materials, molds, etc. to our factories in China and Vietnam.
