We have established the following corporate ethics and compliance management content and provide regular training to all employees.
- We will determine how to obtain the latest information on related laws and regulations and procedures for revising them, and will reflect these in our company regulations and inform our employees.

- We will set up an internal reporting system for when employees discover any violation of laws, regulations or rules, and will define internal reporting procedures and make them known to all employees.
